Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

• Sharing the source code without written permission is a violation of this agreement
• Legal action may be taken against unauthorized use or distribution

4c. Open Source License

If a software or tool is marked "Open Source":

• You may view, use, and modify the code freely
• You must credit the original developer
• You may not remove the original license notice from the code
• Redistribution must include the same open source license

4d. All Rights Reserved

If a software has no license indicated or is marked "All Rights Reserved":

• No use, copying, modification, or distribution is permitted
• Treat it as fully private until a license is explicitly stated

5. Client Projects & Software Development

When engaging my software or website development services:

• All custom work is delivered as agreed upon in a separate written or digital agreement
• Ownership of delivered work transfers to the client only upon full payment
• I retain the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
• I am not liable for issues arising from client modifications made after project delivery

6. YouTube Content & Educational Material

My YouTube tutorials and coding content are provided for educational purposes only:

• Content is free to watch and learn from personally
• You may not re-upload, repurpose, or monetize my video content without written permission
• Results from following tutorials may vary depending on your device, environment, and skill level
• I am not responsible for errors arising from applying tutorial content in production environments

7. Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy. Here is how your data is handled:

What I collect:

• Name and contact details (only if you reach out to me directly)
• Project details you share when requesting a service
• Basic analytics data (page visits, location, device type) via third-party tools

What I do NOT do:
